CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

01. Attend & conduct VSCC meeting & record down daily work plan on board as a secretary of VSCC committee.
02. Conduct physical inspection & endorse Hot work permit As well as implement permit to work system & update permit to work chart.
03. Incident Notification & investigation.
04. Safety inspection with Owner HSE Manager & project team.
05. Conduct briefing & arrange training facilities for the workers & trade supervisors.
06. Report to HSE manager (Operations) daily job progress & current HSE issue & prepare Weekly HSE statistics and submit to HSE manager (Operations) & Owner HSE manager
07. Secondary duty for section management:
-Monitoring of overtime & vessel deployment for HSE co-coordinator & junior staff
-Advisor to hull section & equipment inspector

01) HSE Officer (Lead HSE for FPSO Conversion) in a shipbuilding & ship repairing industry.

02) Worked as a Deck cadet officer, Jr.mate & Chief mate in deep sea fishing vessel.
